Service was fantastic and so was the food. Food was fresh and delicious. Place is very clean, well kept.
We live an hour away and upon returning home husband discovered he'd left his wallet in the booth. Called the DQ. Employee had found it, immediately turned it in and it was put into their safe until we got back. Drove an hour to get back. Staff very professional and helpful. It hadnt been there in the booth long enough for anyone to take anything before it was put into the safe. All money, cards, etc were kept safe for us.

The food was not up to Dairy Queen standards. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a small french fry. What I got back, over 20 minutes later with no customers in front of me, was a cold, dry sandwich and cold french fries. It was as if they both had been sitting for awhile. I had to ask for all of it to be remade. When I received it the second time, it was greasy and I couldn't eat it still. The infamous blizzard was also too soft and milky. It wasn't stiff like it should've been...it couldn't have been inverted without spilling out to the floor.
We ordered the burgers, fries and sweet tea. The food was good. The ice cream machine was not working when we where there but in their defense, it was after Hurricane Irma.
An ice cream cake caused the line to back up because it was not made ahead of time. And ice tea was not available because no one thought to make it before dinner time.
The dining room could be cleaned more offen. The kids that work there need to be more aware of customer service, and setting expectations. Excellent value, and family friendly!

This store is under staffed.
This is the only fast food on Jekyll Island. Good value for lunch or dinner. The blizzards taste great. Unfortunately, service here is often slow in the summer and during other busy times. We recently order dinner and dessert. Our dessert was served 15 minutes or more before our meal.
