Free museum, Great place to learn some history on jekyll island
For a free museum that is awesome. The lay out is rather good for working within the confines of the existing structure. I believe the update that coming will be fantastic for its future.
Lots of good information about the Jekyll Club Era of the island. You can take a tour of the homes starting from this location. Nice gift shop too.
Take the tour ride. It is worth the $.
